Project Gallery and Showcase

Overview
Every project has two places for media: the Gallery and the Showcase.
The Gallery is a shared collection of photos and videos for the whole project team. Think of it as a production archive — a place to collect stills, behind-the-scenes clips, and reference material that everyone on the team can access.
The Showcase is a curated set of highlight videos that you choose to make publicly visible. It is the project's public-facing reel — what visitors see when they discover your project on the platform.
The Gallery
The Gallery holds photos and videos uploaded by the project team.
Who can upload: Any active project member can upload to the Gallery.
Who can delete: Only the project owner can delete Gallery items.
Who can see it: The Gallery is visible to all team members. It is not public.
How to add media to the Gallery
- Open your project and select Gallery from the tools section.
- Tap the upload button.
- Choose the photo or video you want to add.
- The file appears in the Gallery once the upload is complete.
The Showcase
The Showcase holds a curated selection of videos that represent the project publicly.
Who can upload and manage: Only the project owner can add or delete Showcase videos.
Who can see it: The Showcase is publicly visible to anyone browsing the platform.
How to add a video to the Showcase
- Open your project and select Showcase from the tools section.
- Optionally enter a title for the video.
- Upload your video using the upload area.
- When the video is ready, tap Save.
The video is added to the Showcase grid and is immediately visible to the public.
How to remove a Showcase video
- Open the Showcase section.
- Locate the video you want to remove.
- Select the delete icon on the video card.
- Confirm the deletion.

Limits
- The number of Gallery items and Showcase videos your project can hold depends on your project plan tier. You can check your current usage in the project's subscription section.
- Showcase items are counted separately from Gallery items.
- Gallery and Showcase storage is separate from Project Drive storage — it does not count against your Drive quota.
Common questions
Can I reorder Showcase videos? Showcase videos appear in the order they were added. Reordering is not currently available.
Can members add photos to the Gallery even if they cannot manage Drive? Yes. Gallery upload and Drive management are separate permissions. Any active member can contribute to the Gallery.
Is the Gallery visible to people outside the project? No. The Gallery is private to the project team. Only the Showcase is public.
Can I add the same video to both the Gallery and the Showcase? Yes. Upload the video to the Gallery and separately upload it to the Showcase if you want it to appear in both places.
What format should Showcase videos be in? Standard video formats are supported. Keep individual files to a reasonable size for faster uploading.
