Managing your catalogue (Service Providers)
Who this is for: Service Providers What you'll learn: What the Catalogue is, how to add products and services, how to edit or remove listings, and how customers find you through the Marketplace.
Overview
Your Catalogue is where you manage the products and services you offer. What you add to your Catalogue is published to the Marketplace, where other members — Aspirants, Recruiters, and fellow professionals — can find you, browse your offerings, and send you enquiries. Think of your Catalogue as your storefront within CTI.
How to access your Catalogue
- Log in and select your Service Provider profile.
- In your workspace sidebar, tap Catalogue.
- You will see an overview showing how many products and services you currently have listed.
- From here, choose Products or Services to manage each type separately.
Adding a product
A product is a physical or tangible item you offer — equipment for hire, costumes, props, or materials.
- In your Catalogue, go to Products and tap Add Product.
- Fill in the form:
- Title — a clear name for the product (e.g. "Cinema Camera Kit — Sony FX6").
- Description — what is included, condition, availability, and any other useful details.
- Category — choose the category that best fits (e.g. Equipment, Costumes).
- Tags — add relevant keywords to help people find your listing.
- Price — the amount in INR. Add a price unit if applicable (e.g. per day, per shoot).
- Response time — how quickly you typically respond to enquiries.
- Photos and media — upload images or videos showing the product. Clear, well-lit photos get significantly more enquiries.
- Tap Save (or Add Product) when you are done.
Your product is now live in the Marketplace.
Adding a service
A service is something you do or provide — makeup artistry, studio rental, post-production editing, catering, and so on.
- In your Catalogue, go to Services and tap Add Service.
- Fill in the form:
- Title — a clear name for the service (e.g. "Bridal & Character Makeup — Full Day").
- Description — what the service includes, your approach, and any conditions or requirements.
- Category — choose the most relevant service category.
- Tags — add keywords that describe your specialism.
- Price — the rate in INR and the unit (e.g. per hour, per day, per project). If your pricing varies, describe this in the description.
- Response time — how quickly you get back to clients.
- Photos and media — examples of your work are your most powerful marketing tool. Add before/after shots, behind-the-scenes photos, or portfolio images.
- Tap Save (or Add Service) when you are done.
Your service is now live in the Marketplace.
Editing a listing
To update the details of a product or service you have already added:
- Go to Catalogue → Products or Catalogue → Services.
- Find the listing you want to change and tap it to open the detail page.
- Tap Edit.
- Make your changes and tap Save.
Changes take effect immediately.
Removing a listing
To take a product or service off the Marketplace:
- Go to Catalogue → Products or Catalogue → Services and open the listing you want to remove.
- Tap Delete or the remove option.
- Confirm the deletion.
The listing is removed from the Marketplace and can no longer be found by other members. This action cannot be undone — if you want to re-list later, you would need to add it again.
What makes a good listing
The more detail you provide, the more enquiries you will receive. Here are some tips:
- Be specific in your title. "Professional Lighting Kit — 3-point LED" is more findable than "Lights".
- Write a complete description. Include what is covered, what is not, any restrictions, and how the process works.
- Set a price. Listings with a visible price get more engagement than those that say "contact for pricing".
- Add photos or video. Listings with media receive far more attention than text-only entries.
- Use relevant tags. Think about the words a potential client would search for and include them.
How customers discover you
Your listings appear in the Marketplace on CTI. Members can:
- Browse by category.
- Filter by product or service type.
- Search by keyword.
They can also find your Service Provider profile through the Search → Service Providers section, where they can see your full profile and all your listings together.
Common questions
How many products and services can I add? The number of listings you can have may depend on your subscription plan. Check your plan details in Billing within your workspace.
Can I add a listing that is currently unavailable? You can add listings even when not currently available and update the description to note the availability. Alternatively, remove the listing temporarily and re-add it when you are ready.
A customer sent me an enquiry — where do I see it? Enquiries come through the platform's messaging system. Check your Email or Messages section in your workspace.
Can I have both products and services in my Catalogue? Yes. You can add any combination of products and services.
My listing is not appearing in the Marketplace — why? Make sure you have saved the listing fully. If you see it in your Catalogue but not in the Marketplace, try refreshing the Marketplace page. If the issue persists, contact support.
