Your Showcase

Overview

Your Showcase is a curated selection of photos and videos that appears prominently on your public profile. It is the first media that visitors see when they view your profile. Think of it as your highlight reel — the pieces of work you most want to put forward.

The Showcase is different from your Gallery and from My Drive:

How to add items to your Showcase

1. Go to your workspace and select Showcase from the sidebar.
2. Your current Showcase items are displayed in a grid.
3. Tap Add to Showcase (or the equivalent upload button on the page).
4. An upload dialog appears. Select the file you want to add from your device.
5. Give the item a title if you wish — this title appears on your Showcase.
6. Tap Upload (or Save) to confirm.
7. The new item appears in your Showcase grid.

You can also add a title or edit the title of an existing item by selecting it and choosing the edit option.

Reordering your Showcase

The order of items in your Showcase is the order visitors see them. To change the order:

1. Go to your Showcase in your workspace.
2. Drag an item to the position you want.
3. The new order is saved automatically.

What happens next

Once an item is in your Showcase, it appears on your public profile immediately. Visitors who view your profile will see your Showcase items in the order you have arranged them.

If your profile is hidden from search, your Showcase is still part of your profile page — it will be visible to anyone who is given your direct profile link, but you will not appear in search results.

Removing an item from your Showcase

1. Go to your Showcase in your workspace.
2. Find the item you want to remove.
3. Tap the remove option (usually a trash or remove icon on the item).
4. Confirm the removal when prompted.

Removing an item from your Showcase does not delete the file from your Gallery or from your Drive. It only removes it from the curated Showcase list.

Item limit

There is a maximum number of items allowed in your Showcase. The current limit is shown on your Showcase page (as a quota indicator). When you reach the limit, you will need to remove an existing item before you can add a new one. If you need a higher limit, your subscription plan may offer an increased Showcase quota.

Common questions

Does removing an item from my Showcase delete the file? No. Removing an item only takes it off your curated Showcase. The original file remains in your Gallery and in your Drive storage. You can add it back to your Showcase at any time.

Can I add a video to my Showcase? Yes. Both photos and videos can be added to your Showcase.

Why is my Showcase add button not available? There are two possible reasons: you have reached your Showcase item limit, or your profile is currently suspended. If you have reached the limit, remove an item first. If you believe your profile should not be suspended, contact support.

Is the Showcase the same as the Gallery? No. Your Gallery contains all the photos and videos you have uploaded to your profile in chronological order. Your Showcase is a smaller, hand-picked selection that you control and order yourself. Visitors see your Showcase first when they view your profile.

Can visitors download my Showcase items? Visitors can view your Showcase items on your profile. Downloading is not available to visitors directly through the Showcase.
